Kindering Parent Education Classes cover a multitude of topics and take place virtually or in-person and the vast majority of them are free (though donations are always appreciated)!

The Parent Trust for Washington Children has a parenting coaching hotline available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, by calling: +1 (800) 932-HOPE (4673)

Seattle Children's FAST Program offers free parenting handouts, a video series with workbooks, and other resources on a variety of topics (i.e. challenging behavior, anxiety, depression, school refusal) all for free on their website.
